Thanks to Waitrose Community Giving

In June, we received a very welcome call from Waitrose, West Byfleet, to come and pick up some money!
Waitrose had put our group into their Community Giving Fundraising scheme, whereby their customers add counters to individuals collecting boxes and then the £1000 available is distributed between the three groups taking part for that term. We were very lucky to be allocated just over a third of that pot and were invited to go to Waitrose to collect a cheque for £360. We were welcomed into the store by Nicola Paul (Store Manager) and Barbara Williams (Store Supervisor). The Group thanks Waitrose for including us in their Fundraising Scheme and welcomes their continued support with our ongoing fundraising for our new Activity Centre.
